Story: Socialite tickle punished,reagan lush,foot tickling,socks,bare foot,soles,face-up,blind folded,storyline,full body straight jacket,feathers starring reagan lush it's her last day of confinement before the doctor must release her. he's now to decide whether to show mercy and sign her release or to perform one final, last-minute "treatment". she's expecting to finally be free in moments. the doctor is reviewing his notes of their sessions together. he examines his beautiful, long-legged, blonde patient for a few moments. she's staring straight forward (as if she were new recruit in boot camp). if he decides she can go home, she can simply walk out the door. if he decides no, those fresh knee highs are coming off for one last session of bare-foot tickle-torment.
